Food Trends: Vertical Farming by Fresh Square

We are supporting innovative ideas in the food business. Fresh Square, an indoor gardening system, invited us to their product launch and kickstarter campaign. We used their concept to expand the dimensions to an even bigger square and created a massive edible plate. Participants had to feed each other while harvesting the products from the patch.
