Kora, originally a Communication Scientist, now works as a certified Coach and Trainer. She organizes seminars for private individuals and companies. Kora opens up spaces for new perspectives and promotes a conscious approach to one’s own resources.

A holistic yoga session that strengthens the inner connection to yourself as well as the group cohesion within your team. The session includes breathing practices, yoga postures and meditation. No prior yoga experience necessary, come as you are.

Lisa is a Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Therapist with 400h training in Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Therapy as well as 8 years of practical experience. In her work, Lisa accompanies people on their individual life path and thereby leads them back to themselves. The goal: a state of harmonious unity.
